Our espresso infused chocolate cake is layered with velvety caramel Bavarian cream.  This luxurious cream combines the sumptuousness of caramel with the lightness of Bavarian Custard to create a perfect complement to the rich cholate and espresso.  To complete this dessert, the cake is glazed with a chocolate ganache.
