This is a condensed version of our 4-week workshop designed by Amphora Bakery’s executive pastry chef. You will be introduced to basic, hands-on cake decorating techniques. With less of a focus on the construction of the cake prior to decorating, guest will have the opportunity to dive right into cake decorating with instruction from one of Amphora Bakery artisan professional decorators.
You will utilize the following:
- 4” spatula
- 8” spatula
- Decorating/piping bags
- Decorating tips
- Couplers and rose nail
You will take home:
8” classic amphora chocolate cake sponge on a cake board

If you need to cancel less than two weeks prior to a start date, you may request a credit to be used at Amphora Bakery for another class within one year.
