In our four-week workshop you will learn the fundamentals of cake decorating. From cutting and leveling a cake to applying a crumb coat and final icing; you will learn the basics of how to effectively decorate a cake from start to finish. How could we forget to mention you will be instructed hands-on by one of Amphora’s own professional pastry chefs!
Our pastry chef will also demonstrate and instruct on the art of various piping techniques along with flower making, working with fondant and other various cake decorating tips.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund is available up to two weeks prior to a class start date. If you need to cancel less than two weeks prior to a start date, you may request a credit to be used at Amphora Bakery for another class within one year. No refunds or credits will be issued less than 5 days until the class start-date. Please note: Registrations in quantities of 4 or more for a single class are non-refundable inside of 30 days.
